A. Getting Started

Initial Meeting

We invite you to call the Sand Springs office and set up an initial appointment to meet the builder and his team. During this meeting we can answer all questions and address all concerns you may have before getting started on your new custom home.

 

Making Decisions

During your initial meeting with the builder, you will discuss the vision you see for your new custom home. Sand Springs can either use a set of your plans or we can provide an engineering team to design your home for you. Will it have a traditional or a contemporary feel? Will you wish to indulge in luxurious sophisticated materials or opt for a more modern and clean lined design? We can provide you with any or all aspects of design for your dream home.

 

B. Project Management

Building Process

Sand Springs will partner you with a team of artisans to create your vision for you. Their commitment to quality coupled with our experience assures you a match between your dream and reality. At this time, you will also begin to make choices on interior design styles and colors. Flooring, appliances, lighting and fixtures are a few items decided upon during this phase. And please remember that Sand Springs Development is an "Authentic Custom Home Builder", which means we can change specifications and re-create your design at any time during the development process.

 

C. Follow Up

Safety

Safety is key to the construction of Sand Springs Development Custom Homes and Renovations. We surpass Florida Building Codes and use them as a starting point for all our building. Whether we are considering masonry or framing, electrical or window sub-contractors, they must be licensed by the State with all appropriate insurances and we must be assured that they subscribe to the same safety standards that we do. These requirements must be met before Sand Springs will hire them to build your home. We also provide 2-10 Builders Warranty Insurance, which offers 10 years peace of mind on portions of your house for all new home owners following receipt of the Certificate of Occupancy.
