Civic and Community Involvement
-Dennis Cantwell, the founder and President of Sand Springs is a leader in his industry. Dennis has led the Bonita Springs Chamber of Commerce, Building Industries Association, Lee County Construction Licensing Board, The Florida Home Builders Code and Standard Committee, and The Building Oversight Committee of Lee County. He has been chosen as the Citizen of the Year of Bonita Springs and has won The Builder of the Year from both Bonita Springs and The Lee Building Industry Association.

 

Construction Projects:
-First Quarter of 2007-Sand Springs will begin construction on a 10,000 Sq. Ft. Office and Retail Complex that will include all site development along with constructing all buildings on site.

 

Current Projects:
-Sand Springs Development is currently building several luxury custom homes. Two of these homes are perched along the beautiful coastline on the Gulf of Mexico. Each home will be approximately 7,000 Sq. Ft. comprising four floors of luxurious living space when completed. These waterfront properties will also provide the owner with a panoramic oceanfront landscape of sandy white beaches as sailboats and gulls fill in a backdrop view. Renovation Projects:
-Sand Springs has completed numerous major custom renovation projects. Some consisted of knocking down walls in existing quarters so the owners can re-invent old, tired kitchen, bath and spa spaces. Others consisited of adding entire second floors and art studios to create contemporary dimensions to listless and dated lake front estates.
