EXPERIENCE: Dennis Cantwell is the founder of Sand Springs Development. He and his company have successfully built over 150 custom luxury homes ranging from 1,700 Sq. Ft. to over 10,000 Sq. Ft. in size. Prices range from $400,000 to over several million dollars in many of the Southwest Florida's Premier Subdivisions. He has also Developed an eleven house subdivision which included all site work and construction on several houses within this subdivision. Sand Springs Development has built numerous Commercial Projects in the area as well, (see Builders Story for details). Each project, be it custom home, renovation, or commercial, has remained ecologically sound and has complied with stringent codes and policies as required by The State of Florida.
