New Jersey License Building Inspector- #SL 0684369 EXPERIENCE: Dennis Cantwell is the founder of Sand Springs Development. He and his company have successfully built over 140 custom luxury homes ranging from 1,700 Sq. Ft. to over 7,500 Sq. Ft. in size. Prices range from $400,000 to over several million dollars in many of the Southwest Florida's Premier Subdivisions. He has also Developed an eleven house subdivision which included all site work and construction on several houses within this subdivision. Sand Springs Development has built numerous Commercial Projects in the area as well, (see Builders Story for details). Each project, be it custom home, renovation, or commercial, has remained ecologically sound and has complied with stringent codes and policies as required by The State of Florida.
EDUCATION: Bachelor of Science Degree from Ithaca College in NY. Majored in Communications with a concentration in Video Production. Completed all course work at The International College in Fort Myers and Graduated as a Licensed Superintendent EXPERIENCE: Ben learned the public relations skills he uses at Sand Springs during his employment as first a Master Control Operator for News 10 Now a 24hr News Station in Syracuse, NY and as an account executive for the same company. Ben has also worked under the direction of a General Contractor in Groton, NY while he was in college. His activities with this General Contractor included everything from excavation and site preparation to framing, drywall and plumbing. Ben schedules and maintains all construction work flow on the job site. He is also the person who will lead the customer through each stage of the building process on their own private dream home. Title: Superintendent/Project Manager Clarice has over 10 years experience in the building industry. Her experience in construction includes: Purchasing, Job Costing, Scheduling and Coordinating the work of suppliers and subcontractors. She has also held the position of Superintendent on Commercial and Residential Projects. This experience lends itself to the details of management flexibility and work flow organization on her projects with the company. She will be responsible for completion of the Sand Springs Development Commercial Projects. Clarice has knowledge of Supervision, Management, and Administration in the retail field. |
